つけ麺が大好きなんですが、横浜にあるキッチン高野さんや、維新商店さんの様なつけ麺が特に好きです。
なかなか広島にはない中で、昆布水つけ麺でつけ汁が鶏ガラ醤油系のお店を見つけたので喜び勇んで伺いました！
結論、美味しかったです！特に麺は自家製なのか特注なのか分かりませんが、とても美味しかったです。
欲を言えば昆布水がもう少しあっさり目でも良かった気がします。
ドロドロ具合がかなり強かったので。笑
点数をつけるのがなかなか難しいんですが、広島にはこの手のつけ麺屋さんがあんまりない事と、その味にチャレンジされてる事で、気持ち若干甘めの採点になってるかもしれません(あくまでも個人的な感想ですのでご了承下さいm(_ _)m)。
こばやしさんは、ラーメンの種類も多そうなのでまた次回別のものを食べてみたいと思いました。
