Hiroshima gourmet tour. At the end of the last day, speaking of popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Fukuyama City...I wanted to go to Jiyuken, but it was full. There were people waiting at a restaurant that didn't accept reservations, and there was time for the Shinkansen, so I gave up... Here's the restaurant I went to instead. This is "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Hormone Popular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Shinsuke". I was attracted by the draft beer (299 yen) and highball (199 yen), so I went in. Now then, let's have some food and drink! For now, it's fresh, specially selected grilled liver! Hmm? sold out? ? Other biological products are also sold out... Well, it's the last day of a three-day weekend, so I guess that can't be helped. The side dish also looked like raw meatballs, but it was delicious...I also ordered raw kimchi, and it was crunchy and quite delicious...The meat and yukhoe were decent. The other assortments of tongue, top skirt steak, top short ribs, and offal aren't too bad considering the cost performance. The ribs seem to be of relatively good quality. And rice! Well, the restaurant is trying to make fun of the low price of highballs, but when you order a highball, the person who takes the order asks, ``Would you like a corner highball?'' ? ” I think about 70% of people say ``yes'' right away. Ordinary ``Would you like a regular highball? ' or 'There are four types of highballs, which one would you like?' ? ' I think that's true. I dared to call this a corner highball. Both store employees asked the same questions, so I feel like the store manager is giving them instructions like that. Besides, the Kaku Highball is originally cheap at 400 yen, so I wish I could order it fairly. I felt something was wrong with me ← I feel bad for the person who said that hahaha I don't think it's a bad restaurant in terms of taste or cost performance, but I felt like it was a lack of sincerity or a scam, so I fixed that. Isn't it better? ? Well, maybe I'm the only one who feels that way. Well, I think it's not a bad store in terms of content, but there were some parts that stuck with me a little. The bill is reasonable at around 10,000 yen for 3 people ^_^
