種類豊富なモーニング
今日は西条の酒まつりと尾道の灯りまつり。
その前に福山でモーニングまつり！
一軒目は福山城近くで済ませ、1時間ほど歩いて東福山に来ました。
ボントレさんには初めて来たのですが、
こんなに大きなお店とは知りませんでした。
駐車場前に、ご褒美モーニングと大人のお子様ランチなる、目を惹く看板があります。
車が15、6台停まってたので席がないかと思ったら店内もとても広く
余裕で座れました。
さて、ご褒美モーニングも気になるのですが、
やはりトーストにしましょう。
10センチ角程の小さいパンですが厚さは2.5センチ、
1枚はバター、もう1枚はジャムが添えられて来ました。
もっちりフカフカでした。
コーヒーは今"落としてる"ので、出来上がったらお持ちしますね〜とのこと。
この落とすという表現、どこかでも聞いたなあ。ドリップしてるってことかな。
その落としたてのコーヒーも来ました。
ピカソのようなモンドリアンのような図柄の
厚手のカップに熱々のコーヒーが入ってます。
一軒目程ではないですが、やはり苦さつよめですね。
サラダはサニーレタスベースですがコーンや茹でた玉ねぎ、ショートパスタなどいろいろ。
ゆで卵は黄身までよく茹ってましたが、白身はプリプリでした。
ヨーグルトまでついて税込500円ジャスト！
今度はご褒美モーニングかな。
さて、モーニングまつりのシメは。。。

この日は福山に出かけたのは良いものの、狙ってたモーニング店が
どこも空いてなくて、こちらのボントレ珈琲店にたどり着きました。
今回2度目ですが、相変わらず人気で混んでますねー。
入り口の待ちスペースは4人くらいしか座れないのでみんな呼び出しブザーをもって
駐車場の車の中で待ってるようです。
数量限定のご褒美モーニングは売り切れだったので、
オープンサンド2種モーニング850円にしました。
この日は4月も半ばを過ぎたというのに肌寒かったので
お冷じゃなく温かいお茶が出たのが嬉しいですね。
厚いカップで提供されたコーヒーは熱々、冷めても程よい苦みでした。
量が少ないのですが、モーニング時は220円でお替りできるそうです。
サラダはサニーレタス、玉ねぎ、コーン、マカロニで、
ドレッシングが美味しかったです（別売りしてるようです）。
コーンポタージュはミルク感があり、これも美味しい！
さて、オープンサンドはローストハムとたまごをチョイス。
パンは8センチ角とちょっと小さ目。だけど厚さは3センチありました。
たまごはまろやかなたまごペーストがたっぷりで、キャベツのような食感もありました。
ローストハムは厚めで下にトマトが敷いてありました。
あと、フルーツ入りのさらさらヨーグルトまでついておなかいっぱいでした～。
