場所は福山市駅家町万能倉の国道486号線から約200～300M入ったところ辺り。
ここに2016年6月中旬(下旬頃？)に中華そば 棗←なつめ がオープンしました。
近くには 中華そば陽気があり、中国銀行駅家支店があります。

○利用日時
　2016年　7月　3日(日)　12:10頃　※１人で利用

○お店の雰囲気
　お店は外観こじんまりとした店舗。お店に入ると明るく清潔感あり。　
　そしてチェーン店にはない、家庭的な雰囲気の良い店舗です。

○店内レイアウト
　カウンター４席、テーブル席４人掛け×３つ　店内定員16名程度です。

○接客姿勢
　厨房(調理)担当の御主人に、接客担当の女性、あと推定10代のかなり
　若い男性がお手伝いに入られているようで、計３人で対応されていました。
　接客姿勢としては可も不可もなく、至って標準的です。

○メニュー
　こちらは中華そばのお店であるが、メイン(ラーメン)メニューは
　中華そば　650円　と　チャーシュー麺　850円の２種類。
　ここは激戦区の福山市ということを考えれば、中華そば 650円はやや強気の価格設定?!
　まぁ、ここらの思い考えは、人それぞれだと思います。
　
　そして日替わりは800円だけど、昼間(11:00～14:00)は750円の価格設定。←これは良い！
　あと、セットメニュー、ご飯もの、一品、トッピング、ドリンクとありました。
　
　この中から、気分は日替わりセットだけれども、今日はあいにく日曜日で｢無い｣とのこと。
→中華そば唐揚げセット880円を注文しました。
　（この日は店内多くの客がおられたこともあり）注文後、約10分で中華そばが届きました。

■中華そば唐揚げセット<税込>880円
　こちらは中華そば（ラーメン）に唐揚げ３個のセットだけど、最初にラーメンが届き、
　ラーメンから遅れること約２分で唐揚げが届きました。

　まずラーメンについてはチャーシュー、もやし、斜めカットされたねぎに背脂が見えます。
　（私はこの斜めカットしたねぎを見たら、｢笠岡ラーメン｣が思い浮かびます）
　このラーメンだけを評価するなら、まとまりある美味しいラーメンです。
　・まず、チャーシューがしっかりした美味しいチャーシューでした。
　・もやしは、下味が付いてないのでもやしだけ単独で食べたら味気ないけど、
　　麺と一緒に食べたらシャキシャキ感が良く美味しい。
　・スープは醤油ベースだけど、よくありがちな尖った醤油味ではなく、奥深い味わい。
　・麺はややかためのゆで加減でしたが、これは個人的にこれはありがたい。

　唐揚げについては、届いたものをみて見た目小さい唐揚げが３個で残念。
　けれど食べてみて、非常に美味しかったので満足です。←大きさ的には不満足。
　・ホントパッと見は、小さな唐揚げ３個でがっかりしました。
　・しかも備え付けのキャベツの盛りは超少ないし、盛り方が乱雑?!。
　・ただ唐揚げは食べてみたら普通とは違う！旨い！ジューシーで衣のサクッと感も最高！　

→ラーメンと唐揚げ３個で880円は少々お高く感じたけれど、食べてみて美味しかったのは確か。
　　※内心：これに＋70円でミニチャーシュー丼が付く｢満腹セット｣にすりゃー、良かった。
　　　隣客に届いたミニチャーシュー丼が横で見ていて妙に魅力的でした（美味しそうだった）。

○ガチャガチャのサービス
　食べ終えて会計時に店員さんより、ガチャガチャを回して下さい…と。
　（内心、｢えっつ？今日は子供は連れてなく１人なんだけれど…｣）
　言われるがままに回しすと当然ケースが出てくる。
　そしてケースをパカッってあけてみると、中にはカードが入っていて｢ねぎ｣の文字が…。
　店員さん、｢次回はトッピングのねぎが無料になります｣と。
　→大いに納得！そしてこれは非常にありがたいサービスだと感じました。

○気になるメニュー
　・平日限定　11:00～14:00　日替わりセット(税込)　750円
　・満腹セット←ラーメン＋唐揚げ３個＋ミニチャーシュー丼　(税込)　950円
　　＊今回食べた唐揚げセット880円に＋70円でミニチャーシュー丼が付くのだから、
　　　こっちはかなりお得感あり。横で見ていてミニチャーシュー丼は妙に美味しそうだった。

○まとめ
　今回食べた 中華そば唐揚げセット(税込)880円 だけで考えたら､正直お値段高めの
　設定だが、日替わりセットとか満腹セットなど期待できるメニューもあり。
　そして何よりも食べてみて美味しかったし、ガチャガチャのサービスもありがたい。
　また機会あれば再訪したいと思います。
