時折昼飯で寄る店。
尾道ラーメンかと思いきや、博多と北海道もメニューにある。
博多は替え玉が出来るが、それ以外はできないと店内のあちこちに書かれている。
北海道味噌ラーメンを注文した。
セルフサービスで紅生姜、もやし、高菜、ニンニクが食べられます。
ラーメン到着。
濃厚な味噌だけど喉越しはまろやかです。麺の太さもよくメンマが合います。チャーシューは薄切りなので、もう少し分厚くても良いかなと思います。
コーンやバターを乗せることもできますが、値段がかかるので辞めておきました。
