昔の洋食屋さんってこんなだったのかなぁ？
カツカレーやカツ丼のカツはビーフカツだったり、
カツ丼はデミソースをかけてあるものだったり
そういうった食の歴史に詳しくないので、
ただただ昔の洋食屋さんに思いを馳せるだけなのですが楽しい(・▽・）
呉市にあるいせ屋さん、なんと大正10年創業だそうです
呉名物の海軍さんのカレーや、呉が発祥とも言われてる肉じゃがが頂けると聞いてやって来ました。
そしてオーダーは
海軍さんの肉じゃがと
気が変わったのでカレーではなくオムライス
肉じゃが 500円
オムライス 880円
肉じゃがが美味しかった！
牛肉、玉ねぎ、糸こん、ジャガイモ
煮込んだ甘辛さにほっくりじゃがいも
オムライスは味付けが丁度いい～
チキンライスを卵で巻いたヤツです
オムライスっていつ頃からあったのかなぁ？
なんて考えてしまいました。
しっかり高火力で焼いた香りがしました
お店の中は経年劣化はありつつも手を入れていらっしゃって、綺麗です
どっしりと落ち着いた空気感に年月の長さを感じました。
