ホテルのお店なので、少し値段がはりますが、ゆっくり過ごしたい時やお祝いなどで利用させて頂いています。
今回は、退職された方との食事。肉が好きな方なので、サーロイン陶板御膳を。サラダも小鉢も刺し身も満足なものでした。
お肉も美味しかったのですが、もう少し薄く切っていただければ、食べやすいのかなと。年齢に合った切り方に工夫があればいいのかもしれませんね。
