I don't know if it's a renovation or a new addition, but it's a store that has been catching my eye lately. Whenever I tried to make a reservation, it was always full and I couldn't make it, but finally! I thought it would be small since the shop wasn't very wide, but it turned out to be quite deep and quite spacious. The inside of the store has a nice atmosphere and was designed by a Hiroshima designer. Not just the food, but the food, too, was pretty good! <What I ate> - Grilled Char Siu covered in green onions The fat of the Char Siu was just right and the sauce was delicious!・Sashimi platter included shrimp, salmon, sea bream, tuna, and turban shells. It's been a long time since I felt the crunchy texture of turban shells.・The chicken fillet Tempura may be different, but the soup stock is quite good, so it may be original.・I ate skewers of Kimo, Negima, and Seseri. I was impressed by how it didn't have much of an odor and had a heart on the tip.・Horumon...(I forgot the name!) It was quite large and had a bit of oil on it, so I thought I should have eaten it sooner. I forgot the others. I'm drinking anyway (lol) Lastly, there was a drink called "Grape Juu" in the soft drinks section of the menu. When I asked the store clerk, she apologetically replied, ``It was the wrong grape juice.'' After that, I insisted on ordering ``one Grape Juice,'' but they happily complied. Isn't that something that should be evaluated (lol)?
