前々から気になっていたのですが、ようやく立ち寄ってみました。
外から見るとそば屋なのかと思う感じです。
中に入ると、ＪＡＺＺが流れてます、内装もモダン和ですかね、
さて、メニューを見るとお値段ソコソコします、種類あまり有りません。
辛味大根そば８００円をチョイスしましたが、日替わり炊きこみご飯セットを進められますが、
蕎麦を食べに来たのですから、今日はチョット辞退しました。
１０分ぐらい待ってきました。
蕎麦がそろっていません、細いのが混じっています、取り除いてほしい、量少なめです。
辛味大根、おろし金ですっています、鬼おろしが好きなのですが
そばつゆ、やけに少ない
おつゆの味はチョット甘くって好きですね、そば湯量はありませんが濃くって美味しい。
いつも蕎麦屋に来ると２つ頼むのですが、そこまではと我慢しました。
看板に蕎麦と地酒と有りますが、昼は蕎麦に徹した方が良いかと・・・
どっちつがずの様な気がします。
呉市中心部にそば屋が無いのでがんばってほしい。
