昔懐かしい呉風？の中華そばです
以前焼肉屋「ぶち」があった店舗のあとにほぼ居抜きオープンしたお店。
夜は焼肉屋で昼時はラーメンや冷麺などが食べれるということなのでランチタイムに利用しました。
注文したのは中華そば（６５０円）とおむすび（１００円）
注文して５分くらいで完成。
ビジュアル的には昔懐かしい呉風の中華そば
呉風の中華そばというカテゴリーは世間一般には知られておりませんし呉市民も意識している人はほとんどいないのですが私の中では一応存在しております(￣▽￣;)
広島風とは似て非なるものでこの点お好み焼きとも通じるものがあります。
コチラの中華そばは見た目もそうですが味的にも昔懐かしい味です。
分かり易く言えば冷麺で有名な呉龍や屋台の一二三のラーメンと同系統の味です。
呉市民なら私の言わんとすることは分かりますよね(￣▽￣;)
うすく濁った塩と醤油の中間的な味。 麺はストレートです。
もう一方で八起系の透き通ったあっさり醤油も呉の伝統的なスタイルなんですよね。
この２大潮流が昔から呉にある中華そばの味です。
しかしお好み焼きと同じで広島風に侵蝕されつつあるのでいずれは消えて行くんでしょうがね(´･ω･`)
おむすびは２個で１００円とリーズナブルです。
あっさりしたスープなので飲んだ後の〆にも向いていますよ。

As a lunch refugee, I had lunch at [a:34025794, Kuremon] in Nakadori, Kure City for the first time in a while. Since it was still warm, I ordered Ramen even though [b:cold noodles] also crossed my mind. I like that it is labeled as [b:Chinese soba]. The price remains at 650 yen, which is great these days. That Chinese noodles have more green onions than the last time I ate it! While there are stealth price increases that keep the price the same and reduce the quantity a little, this will increase the popularity of the soup (*￣∀￣) I also feel that the soup is better than before. It's a nostalgic Kure-style flavor, but I like the cheap taste that lingers in it (*￣∀￣) It's nice that the noodles still retain the smell of the water. It feels like Chinese noodles from the Showa era. I've only used it during the day, but this seems like it would be a good choice for finishing Ramen, or rather Chinese noodles. (*￣∀￣)
