レンガ通りから一本外れただけなのに、随分とやさぐれ感のある路地に面した焼肉屋さｎ。w
なかなか味わい深いアングラな一角・・・
昭和と平成、そして令和に至る街の変転がごっそりとこのブロックに詰め込まれてる・・・
そんな感じ。w
開店一発、と思いきや店内既に二組四人のフライング様様(笑)
オーダーしたのは、フルスペックと思われるワンタン麺とチャーシュー丼！
一見フラットに感じられるスープだが、滋味深い旨みを湛え味変アイテムのフライドオニオンやお酢で表情がクルクルとかわり、これも面白い♪
妙に後引く旨さに珍しくスープ完飲(笑)
リスペクトしているレビュアーさんが「呉風中華そば」と評されていますが・・・
派手な演出やけたたましい熱量ばかり追求する専門店、チェーン店などとは一線画すというか、絶対に出会えない穏やかなラーメンです。

当然ながらそのスープたっぷり含んだワンタンも絶品☆
小ぶりですが、キチンと作り込まれたチャーシュー丼と共に美味しくいただきました。
ちなみにスープ完飲したにも関わらず、喉の渇き皆無なのも追記しておきますね☆
お店的に、どちらかというと冷麺推しらしいので、次回は冷麺狙いで訪問しよう。
呉ラー、いや呉グルメ。。
