入店し右手に物販コーナーがあり、手作りのお弁当や世羅町の大豆製品をメインに使ったものが並んでいます。 |
世羅のラベンダーの丘へポピー見に行った後にランチで…。
豆腐御膳的なのが売り切れとの事で、ゆば天丼が気になったので注文。
どんな感じなのかなーと思ってたら見た目普通に天丼。四角っぽいのが湯葉で、もっちりなんだけどとろっとしてて美味しい！なんか湯葉ってペラっとしてて何かを巻いてるとちょっと硬いイメージだったからビックリ。
かけてあるつゆは甘め。
小鉢の白あえが滑らかで、まるでポテトサラダみたい。
お豆腐は多分山芋豆腐かな？(帰りに入口の豆腐売り場でみた)ちょっと粘りがあって、柚子胡椒とよく合う美味しいお豆腐でした。
お豆腐料理以外にも普通にお肉系定食とかもあったので、豆腐得意でない方と行っても大丈夫なお店です。
