Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant will open in Sera! I had heard rumors about it, but I had no information and didn't know where it was. I didn't have a chance to go there, but when my uncle and his wife returned home in May, I decided to go! I had heard that it was so popular that you couldn't get in without making a reservation, so I made a reservation. However, it's really hard to find, so I entered the address into Google Maps and guessed it was around here...! So I went there relying on the navigation system. It's a short walk across the river in front of Sera's Tofu house. (Maybe across the street?) It's about 5 minutes from Sera IC.The inside of the store is so stylish that you won't even think it's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant! Private rooms are also available. We have introduced a smokeless roaster for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) fire. I didn't know what was on the menu or how much it would cost, so I was excited to visit.I took a picture of the menu (price) for your reference.Beef is around 1000 yen, pork is 550 to 700 yen. Prices There are two types of chicken: Satsuma young chicken thighs are 500 yen, and seseri is 450 yen.Hormones and internal organs are 550 to 850 yen, and hormones (small intestines) are 600 yen.We also have raw meat and grilled meat! First of all, my father's favorite ``broiled wagyu beef liver'' is served with sesame oil poured over it and a frying pan. The staff taught me how to eat it by placing the mini frying pan on a wire rack to heat it, dipping it in it, and dipping it in sesame oil. I was told to eat the grilled Wagyu beef loin yukhoe in the same way as the grilled liver, but I mixed half of it with the yolk and ate it raw. I dipped the other half in sesame oil and ate it, but the fat melted and it had a different taste and was delicious! The liver should be lightly grilled and the insides should be rare... (Please do so at your own risk.) Freshness that can only be achieved by a butcher shop! No odor and delicious! "Loin" The fat is just right, the meat is... I think it's a wonderful loin that you can fully enjoy the flavor and sweetness.I used miso as the seasoning for the "offal".If you use miso, the miso comes with the offal. If you heat the miso on a wire rack and eat it, you can eat it. It looks good, but since the original miso is so strong, I thought it would be better not to heat it.(It turned out to be salty.) The offal itself is fatty and delicious!I used miso as the seasoning, so I enjoyed it without adding anything. It might be better to eat it.The chewy meat has a rich flavor that comes from the tongue.I think this was skirt steak; I ordered it with salt because things were erased. Since I was visiting with 5 people, I was not satisfied and ordered more. I thought I was going to use the restroom... This was another stylish restroom! Wheelchair-only (disabled) There is also a yakiniku restaurant (only available for those who wish to eat), so you can visit with the whole family with peace of mind. The restroom inside is also a bit intrusive.Speaking of Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Sera...that ``Shodoen'' was my favorite, but it disappeared in a fire. It was a really heartbreaking incident. However, a new Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant has opened in Sera, and I would like to say that I highly recommend it when you want to casually enjoy delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. There are some of you out there, right? Yes...the price is a little high!! 25,000 yen for a visit with 5 people including alcohol. Also, it's good enough to fill your stomach, but it's not enough...For an 80-year-old... My grandma would say, ``I want to eat some more.'' (I went home and ate Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)right?) It costs 5,000 yen per person, which is expensive considering it only fills 5 to 8 bellies (even more so if you're growing up). Well, it's true that the meat is of high quality and delicious, but recently all-you-can-eat restaurants are offering such high quality and delicious meat, so for me it just makes me groan (...;) It's just Sera. There is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in the area, and it may be a place where you can eat and drink while enjoying high-quality meat in a stylish restaurant.
