2日続けて沖縄料理です。実は、その沖縄料理屋さんで食べ忘れたものがあり、尾道に行ったついでに。
ここも実は、三原のあしびな〜と同じ系列店です。前から東尾道に行った時に気になってました。
なぜ行けてなかったのかは、東尾道には大好きなラーメン屋さんとんとんがあるので笑
さて何を食べ忘れたのかというと、
沖縄そば！スパムとたまごのおにぎりとのセットで800円。
肉は、バラ肉か、スペアリブを聞かれたのですが、どっちがいいか迷い、店員さんに聞いても、好みだというので、スペリブに。
久しぶりの沖縄そば。この麺の食感がいいですよね。
パスタで言うとリングイーネを太くした感じ。
和風のスープにこの麺がよく合います。紅生姜がいい味出すんですよね。
このおにぎりも美味しい〜！前はスパム苦手だったのですが、最近、ご飯と合うので大好きなんです。
美味しかった〜。でもこの地域だと私はとんとんとの競合になってしまいます。笑
