尾道駅に隣接するビルの２階に
昨年の９月に開業された・・・
瀬戸の四季 天ぷら・定食の 『天咲』さん。
１周年を迎えられたので、行ってきました。
お店に入ったのは正午すぎ。
予約して行ったので、私達の席はリザーブされていました。
入店すると同時に、何時もの明るい掛け声が・・・
「いらっしゃいませ。」
気持ち良く席に着かせていただいて、自分は定番の「天咲定食」をオーダー。
連れは、それぞれにメニューリストから好みのものを注文しました。
ここは、揚げたて熱々の天ぷらが、タイミング良く２回に分けて提供されます。
天つゆも程よく暖められていて、天ぷらの美味しさを損なうことなく口に運べます。
定食には、本日の小鉢から１品を注文できます。
これがまた、全部口にしてみたいものでして。
ご飯は、白米と雑穀米から選択できます。御代わりも１杯までは無料とか。
開業１年で、当初と変わった一番のものは・・・
ご主人と一緒にきりもりされている奥さんの笑顔。
最初は、緊張もあって結構固かった（済みません。私見です。）のですが
今は、心から湧き出るものに変わっていて、自分もそこが何より嬉しいのです。
