Amasaki's conger eel set meal!
One day, Yukirika (STU48's 2nd generation member, Rika Soyuki) said that she had eaten a conger eel tempura set meal in Onomichi, so she checked the restaurant and found out that it was Amasaki. I had used it for takeaway before, but I hadn't opened the restaurant yet, so I visited. On the first day, I went around noon and ran out of ingredients, so I had to close! On this revenge day, I visited the store just before noon, just as it opened. Same as Yukirika's ``live conger eel tempura set meal'' for 1,300 yen. The sides are eggplant, pumpkin, green pepper, and squid. The main character, the large conger eel tempura, was fluffy. The tempura sauce was a little bland. I added pink rock salt and lemon shichimi to add a little excitement. Small dish of scallops and fresh onions. The pickled daikon radish with lemon vinegar had a gentle sour taste. I was pretty full, but I was curious about the Onomichi salt lemon pudding, so I ordered one for dessert. The regular price is 350 yen, but customers who order a set meal will be offered it for 200 yen. The mirin from Yomeishu gives it a gentle sweetness. There was also a jelly made with Onomichi lemon squash undiluted, which was refreshing and delicious.

PR for restaurants |
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Tempura anytime. Enjoy delicious food while it's still delicious!
Amasaki's motto is to serve freshly fried seasonal ingredients! Because that's the most delicious way to enjoy it. We serve Tempura in front of our customers so that they can enjoy not only the taste, |
When I went to my local Fresta on a weekday afternoon, I saw Mr. Amasaki from Onomichi's sales van parked in the parking lot. When I spoke to him, he told me that (at the time) he was coming from Onomichi to sell at noon on Mondays. When I looked at the menu, the tempura and Tempura platter looked delicious, so I bought some for lunch and took them home. It seems that Tenmusu is only sold on this business trip. The ginger rice is soaked in sauce and butter, which goes well with the shrimp tempura. At the restaurant in Onomichi, I had pudding after my meal, but this restaurant apparently has almond tofu. Next time I see it, I'll buy it again! When I thought about it, I recently came to Fuji Grand instead of Fresta, and I've seen it at Hiroshima Airport as well. Is it a rare occurrence? It was Amasaki-san's sales car ^^)
