オープンしてから、もう10年以上経ったような気がします。
店が工事していた時には、どんな店ができるのかなぁ～と
楽しみにしていて、オープンしてからは厨房の方の料理が
気に入って、週末の夕食を食べにときどき伺っていたお店。
しばらくして厨房の方が去られて、
店のオペレーションがうまく回らない時期があり、つい
足が遠のいていましたが、週末の夜、一人で久しぶりに
伺ってみました。
マスターからは、もう、関東に帰って西条にいないのかと
思っていた・・・とのお言葉(^^;
この日は、カウンタ席でエビスの生、枝豆、地元亀齢の八拾、
鮭とレタスの炒飯（ボリュームたっぷり）をいただきました。
お通しはポテサラ。
この日もお一人での営業だったので、料理を作っている間は
カウンタは無人になってしまいますが、それは知ってのこと。
（日によってはバイトの女性がいる時もあります）
途中で来られたお一人の男性客はマスターとは古くからの
お付き合いのようで、この地域、今の季節ならではの
田植えの話（植える時期、苗の仕入れ、田植え機の調子等々・・）で、
マスターと情報交換。なかなか面白くて、勉強になりました。
やっぱりこういうのもありだな。
また、たまには伺いたいと思います。
