きょうは、広島、西条の酒蔵で原酒をいただきます。
西条の老舗の酒蔵「福美人酒造」。
高い煙突を目標に向かいます。
蔵の中にある売店に有料試飲のコーナーがあったので
さっそくいただくことにします。
まずは、機械ではなく袋に入れて重力だけでお酒を絞る「しずく酒」。
説明を見ながらいただきます。
意外にもあっさりとしてて、フルーティーなお酒です。
そして、「絞りたて原酒」に「大吟醸西条酒造学校」
とおすすめのお酒を立て続けにいただきます。
おいしいお酒に酔いが回りますね。
