とてもフレンドリーで明るい奥様が焼かれています
店内も陽当たりよく明るい感じで、メニュー豊富です
テーブルに座りました。
•お好み焼き肉玉そば ネギ盛り(税込880円)
をお願いしました。
ジュージューな音を聞きながらも
割と早く来ましたよー
ワォー٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ネギ盛りは圧倒的な量ですねー
ギリギリいっぱいにお皿に乗ってます
このネギは素晴らしいですねー
苦味が程よくて、担担麺にも使えそう。
質の高いお好み焼きに合う、ネギと思います
お好み焼き本体は、水分が多いタイプですね
食べてると密着が緩く、バラけてしまう。
なんとなくですが、好みとしては、
もー5分程、豚バラ肉をカリカリに焼いて、
その上のキャベツの蒸し焼きに時間をかけたら、
豚肉の風味出汁がキャベツ含まれ、水分が飛んで
甘さが強調され、美味しいと思う。
そういう意味で、水分過多タイプは
鉄板で水分飛ばしながら食べるのがおススメですね
他、創作的なバジル焼きそばなんてありました
鉄板焼きの居酒屋メニューも充実しています
近所にホテルも増えたし、観光客は楽しめそうです。
