西条駅から歩いてすぐ。
駅前の泊まり先から、十分に徒歩圏内でした。
明るく元気のよいお姉さんが、焼いてくれます。
もう一人の優しいお姉さんが、運んでくれます。
入店したら、地元の方と思しきお兄さんが、美味しそうに頬張っていました！
これは、テンションが上がります。
「オススメ」はいくつもあるようで！
「西条焼き」、「ネギ盛り」、「シソ」、「牡蠣」といろいろありましたが、見た目のすごい「ネギ盛り」にて。
鉄板では手際良く調理がなされていきます。
美しい手捌き！
あっという間に焼き上がり、ネギがドカンと盛られて圧巻の見た目に！
中くらいのヘラでカットして、箸で頂くのです。
焼いた面がひっくり返されているので、ネギの下にはお好み焼き、その下に、豚肉やタマゴ、そしてソバとシャキシャキのキャベツが顔を覗かせます。
「初めてなんだったら、カウンターに案内すればよかったね」と、優しいお姉さん。
食事中も、次々に地元の方が訪れていました。
