お好み焼きに対して極上俺的褒め言葉☆
具材に過度な味付けなくカジュアルにいただける。
そばはラードで炒めてあり香ばしい香りが食欲を掻き立ててくれる。
そんな美味しいお好み焼きである。
食べた後喉乾かないこともここに付記しておく。
開店直後に入店。
先客一人、鉄板の上にはすでに何枚か賑々しく焼かれていて「あ～ちょっと待つのかな・・・」という状況。
めにゅう、多種多様多彩！
お好み焼き、焼きそば以外にも各種鉄板料理ほぼ網羅。
迷いだしたらキリがないのでここはしっかりビタミン類とβ-カロテン補給すべく、「山盛りネギのせ」そばダブルでオーダー。
店主機転効かせてくれてちょうど焼きあがった持ち帰り用に、ネギ搭載してこちらに回してくれる。
うーん、よいお店だ（笑）
味は最初に書いた通りで、後喉乾かないタイプ☆
ふんわりとした仕上がりで、蒸された素材の味わいが穏やかな甘味を醸し出し香ばしいそば引き立てて、ただしく普段使いのできる等身大の街角のお好み焼き屋ですね~♪
ソースがドレッシングの温製サラダ☆
正に食べる野菜ジュースですね～♡
