府中焼きが食べたくなって、久しぶりの中村屋。
牡蠣入りフルスペックの中村屋デラックスそばダブルでお願いした。
そばの焼き方が特殊なので、焼きあがるまでにかなり時間かかるがその甲斐はある。
厚みがありどっしりとしたビジュアル☆
牡蠣は内包されてるのでなく、ちょんまげ風にトッピング。w
デリケートな素材だから正解ですね（笑）
ストレートに今シーズンの初牡蠣堪能いたしました（笑）
それぞれの具材が大きくとても贅沢してるような気分。
マテリアル感際立ちお好み焼きとしての一体感、パリパリに焼き上げた麺の風味もダイレクト！
府中焼き、渾然一体とした旨さめっちゃイイね！
ちなみにこのお店、マヨネーズ無料＆味変アイテムありますが・・・
試しに一切れだけマヨ載せしたが・・・必要なし（笑）
厚化粧不要、すっぴんそのままでがつがつ食い進むべし、もちろん好みの差ありますのでご自由に（笑）
