Lunchtime ☆ Yuuki Gozen is the only choice!
While I was curious about the daily meat or fish set meal, I decided to try the "Yuuki Gozen" which is limited to 12 servings each time! It's a mini kaiseki style lunch and is more than enough (lol). I asked for a large portion of rice. By the way, you can have a second serving just to be sure. lol Of course the colorful dishes are lined up, but the miso soup here is excellent! The bonito-scented stock and the aroma of miso are wonderful. It's the most basic of basics, but the skill of the chef is shown in places like this. I went there for the delicious miso soup. lol The other dishes are also not to be missed! The sashimi is fresh, and the wasabi used is grated raw. The tempura is Tempura and crispy♫ For some reason, only the shrimp was fried (^^;) Good ingredients, artisanal skills, and hospitality-filled service♪ Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) lunch is not to be underestimated☆ It's a bit of a "corner" kind of inconspicuous restaurant, but to me, it's a famous restaurant (lol) Thank you for the meal! In This Corner of the World☆ Feeling ★★★★☆

I thought it would be nice to have a toast while it was still light out, so I went through the noren at 5pm, and there were already quite a few customers there. lol Whether they were regulars or people who had come in early due to the coronavirus pandemic, everyone was there before the opening time (lol) First, we toasted with draft beer and appetizers☆ It was fine during lunch, but the acrylic partition in the middle felt strange when drinking with friends for the first time in a while. Soup lol I ended up knocking it over a few times along the way... (^^;) The first toast was awkward through the gap in the acrylic partition, and after that we each poured ourselves our own drinks as we pleased. We had the usual course of draft beer, bottled beer, sake, and shochu, but my friend who has work tomorrow only had beer and highballs. All the food was delicious, but perhaps because of the high prices, the place was small and the visual impact was weak... I felt like eating a lot of meat for the first time in a while, but I got the impression that they didn't place much importance on meat menus. But I was happy to see pork trotters (lol). For me, who thinks of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) as the Galapagos of food, the menu selection and variety was modest, and I couldn't shake the impression that it was overall a bit pricey (^^;) In other words, this is a "Japanese-style meal restaurant" after all...a place that really shines for lunch. Thank you for the meal!
