Barrier-free access via elevator. *However, since the elevator is a facility in the adjacent Hokuno Building, the building is closed on holidays and Sundays and cannot be accessed. On that day, please go up to ground level and go down the stairs to [Hokuren Building Underground Restaurant/Pearl Town] 20 meters north. *Leave the south exit of JR Sapporo Station and walk east along the street for 2 minutes. *The landmark on the ground is Tokyu Department Store. テイクアウト1件目開拓、2件目の持ち帰りへ…とここから15分で、ランチで予約した「一粒庵」さんの時間に間に合いません！
そんなら先に一粒庵さんを開拓させようっと！
これでも開店時間5分前に到着でギリギリ間に合ったので、テイクアウトの2件目を先に行ったら遅れてましたね…
予約表には私を含む予約者の名前が記載されてました。
私と同じ時間帯に予約を入れた方の名前が2名書かれていたにも関わらず、開店時間と同時に店員さんが「予約入れている方いらっしゃいますかー？」と聞いても返事は私のみ。
まさか遅刻？(笑)
それはそうと、この日は「元気のでるみそラーメン(￥1180)」を注文しました。
予約分の100円を入れて1280円だけど、Tポイント経由だから実質タダ！
本来は元気ラーメンの小にする予定だったんすよ、だけど病み上がりで体重が笑えんレベルまで落ちゃったので、体重増加狙いでこちらを！
それと元気味噌をしっかり味わうなら並かDXの方ですしね！
体重増やす目的とは言っても、丼ものやトッピングは勘弁してくださえ、予定店がまだまだ残って居るから腹パンパンになり過ぎて、最後の店舗まで回りきれませんw
10分経たないで私の元にラーメンが置かれました！
行者にんにくやスクランブルエッグが乗った個性的な見た目、やっぱり噂通りじゃ！
けれど行者にんにくが少ない…って事は置いといて味見！
スープの風味は札幌で結構点在する馴染み深い濃い目の味噌ラーメンに近いかな、ハズレなんかではなく無難に美味しいですよー。
卵の方はスクランブルエッグをただ盛り付けただけじゃなく、餡らしきものも付いてて天津飯に近い感じで、こちらも手を凝っている印象を受けましたね。
時々スープに絡ませたりすることで味の飽きを防止させる働きが出てくるんよねー、単体で食べても美味しいんですわ！
問題の行者にんにくはというと2本なんよ、写真と比べちゃうのもですけれど少なくて悲しい！
当店では臭み皆無のにんにくを使っているのがウリみたいで、ポジ方向ならにんにく臭さを感じない子食べやすいって事に繋がりますね。
逆にマイナスに置き換えちゃうと、個性が少ないって事になり有ってしまい、スープにもにんにくの味が出てなく。
個性をバーンっと発揮させる効果を出すのならば、もっとパンチがあっても良いと思うんすよ、私の見解が正しいか置いといてあくまでも個人の意見ですので！
一味も味に変化球を与える役目として疑似で辛味噌に変化させ胃もポッカポカに！
卓上にもこちらが用意されているので、後半はスプーン3杯ほど入れました、入れ過ぎなんて突っ込みはせんどいてくださいw
気になる麺は中太よりもう少し太いやつの縮れ、モチモチ食感が札幌らしさあっていいですね、これ好きー！
チャーシューは四元豚の肩ロースでまあまあの厚切り。
ホロホロと崩れるとまで行く柔さじゃないけれど、歯ごたえも残しながら歯がすんなり通るってぐらいで嫌な硬さが無く、肉本来の旨味も有り老若男女どの層にもウケが出るかも、これ美味しい！
病み上がりに美味しいラーメンを食べたことで、本当に元気が出てきました！
特にスクランブルエッグ旨し美味しー！
