JR札幌駅直結の商業施設、札幌ステラプレイス6階にあるカフェ。
エントランス付近に、ケーキのショーケース。
フルーツをふんだんに使った見た目、鮮やか、美しいタルトが並んでおります。
ランチメニューの看板出ていて気になっていました。
大型連休の最終日、祝日の14時過ぎ訪問。
さすがに町客はおらず、スムーズに入店できました。
先客はほぼほぼ若者が多く、高校生大学生位のカップルや女子2人、家族連れなど。
エントランス入って、店内へ。
真ん中に厨房があり、客席は左右に分かれるようなレイアウト。
2人掛け、あるいは4人掛けのテーブルが並ぶ。
◼️宮崎牛と宮崎豚のラグーソース
ストラッチャテッラチーズソース添えて 1780円
ミニサラダ、ドリンク付き。
サラダ、ドリンク、パスタをいっぺんに出してきた。
ドリンク先でと伝えたし、サラダとドリンクはパスタ提供前に出して欲しいな。
見た目は、なかなか良いのだが…
トマト、バジルで彩りよいのだが、肝心の味はどうかと言うと。
宮崎牛と宮崎豚のひき肉は食感も良くて存在感もありました。
ただトマトソースは安っぽい味わいで、缶詰なのかなと予想。
深みがないんですよね。
ストラッチャテッラは、ブラータの中のとろーり部分。
スパゲッティのアルデンテ感はあったのが唯一救いだな。
サラダはガラスボールにスカスカな分量。
ずいぶん寂しい盛り付け。
アールグレイ。
ドリンクは、冷たいアールグレイを。
ラッシュ入り提供されるが、大きめのクラスでこれまた分量が微妙。
何といっても、味が薄い、薄すぎだよ、かろうじて紅茶の味がするけれど、こんなに薄くして出したらだめだよ。
総評。
なんとなく見た目はおしゃれで、美味しそうに盛り付けていますが、肝心の味はいまいち。
物足りないですね。
やはり、本格イタリアン以外で、パスタを頼むと、こういう有り様になりがちですよね。
ちなみに、ランチメニューに、ケーキのタルトをセットにすることもできるのですが、タルトをつけると、およそ1000円近く値段が高くなります。
そうです。タルトが単品で1000円弱するのです。
ずいぶん強気な価格ですよね。
スタッフも接客レベルを上げませんと釣り合いませんよね、サービス価格が。
