東急デパートの１０階にあります。
外観はオシャレな感じ、開放感があります。
店内に入り窓側の席に案内されました。
夕方のディナーで利用しました。
窓側に案内されました。
窓からは札幌駅南口の眺望がなかなかよいです。
色々と単品で選ぶことにしました。
「カットステーキ」
牛肉のカットステーキです。
お肉はミディアムの焼き加減でした。
真ん中が少し赤いレア感が残っています。
お肉の旨味がよく、ソースを絡めるとさらにグンと味が引き立ちます。
「野菜サラダ」
貝やイカが入っている海鮮サラダでした。
サッパリといただきました。
「ハムサラミの盛り合わせ」
ハムやサラミは噛めば噛むほどお肉の旨味が広がる感じです。
「マルゲリータ」
スタンダード的なピザにしました。
薄生地ですがモチモチとした食感です。
タバスコをほんの少し垂らすとアクセントがでてよいです。
「シチュー」
外食でシチューを提供しているのにお店がなかなかありませんので、最初にオーダーしました。
野菜やお肉など具沢山でした。
「鶏肉オーブン焼」
しっかり焼いているようでしたので、なかなか時間がかかりました。
でも鶏肉が大変ジューシーで美味しかったです。
飲み放題も付けて一人当たりおよそ税込5,500円でした。
夕方以降は夜への移り変わりが楽しめるのでなかなか雰囲気が比較的がよいお店だと思いました。
