本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう。こめんとじゃんじゃんどうぞ。励みになります。
北海道札幌市、すすきのからほど近い、郷土料理こふじさんに御邪魔しました。
食べログでも3.6を超えるスコアですが、たしかに北海道の地のモノが美味しいですね。
札幌駅から歩いて15分ほど。
階段を下りて地下にありますが、縦に一気に広く、キャパは30名程度。
ほぼ予約で満席でした。
いつ来ても満席。素晴らしい御店でございます。
カウンターが7席程度で、あとは靴を脱いでの座敷スタイルとなります。
この日も予約で満席。特に地の魚には強く、魚を食べにくるならこちらをお薦めします。
決して高くなく、通常なら1名5000円で充分な量。
人数が多いため座敷に通されます。かたっぱしから行こうという話になり、

後から思ったことですが、飲み放題の設定があるらしく、
飲み放題のほうがこの人数だとはるかに安かった(笑）
ホタテ、北寄、生ニシンは特筆する味。
焼き物の味付けも素晴らしい。
