札幌駅周辺です。
夕食前夕食です。
ラーメン食べて帰ろうと寄ってみます。
先客２名。後客テイクアウト１名。
みんな近所のリーマンで常連ですね。
先客の分も中々出来て来ません。。。
爺さんしかいなく、超スローペース。
もう７５才オーバーだから仕方ないけど、まだまだ現役ですね！笑笑
実際は77才みたいです。
気長に待ちます^ ^
灰皿の状況を見てみると、半分くらいが喫煙席で一応分煙なのかなぁ？と思ったら灰皿無いところで後客が吸い始めたので全面喫煙でした^ ^
塩ラーメン 650円税込
途中で息子さん登場します。結果25分で着丼です。
スープにほとんど油が浮いていないラーメン。
でも熱々でシンプルだけど結構塩っぱくて美味い！
矛盾しているようだけど、まとまりのあるラーメンです。
麺はもちもちした縮れ麺。
チャーシューは小さいけど柔らかくて美味しい。
もやしはシャキッとしてバランスがいい。
メンマもちゃんと塩抜きされている。
う〜ん、悪くない❗️笑笑
塩っぱいのが苦手な人には勧めませんが、塩っぱ目好きな人にはいい感じのラーメンでした^_^
さすがにいつものようにこの塩っぱさで完飲はしませんでした^ ^
