学園都市線プチトリップ後
札幌駅で飲もうということになり、
友人のお勧めというお店に連れて来てもらいました。
道通ビルの地下にある『天壇』さんです。
メニューを見てビックリ！
6品に飲み放題（60分）で2,350円て。
ビールも飲めるってスゴイ。
飲み助同士ですので90分2,700円にしました。
前菜的なチャーシュー＆メンマを食べていたら
お店のお母さんが「これも食べて～」と
マグロのお刺身。
あれ？ここ中華よね？と思っていたら
「常連さんにもらったのよ～。みんなにおすそ分け♪」
ですって。
お料理は、定番のメニュー。町中華感で好きな味です。
マーボー豆腐は辛さ控えめの優しい味
野菜炒めは野菜がシャキシャキで、胡椒のアクセントが良いですね
ザンギは衣はカリッ、お肉はふんわりで美味しい～。
餃子は餡がギッシリ。もちっとした皮が本格的です。
お酒の種類も豊富で、あっという間に90分。
量もしっかりありこのお値段で、本当に良いんですか？
という感じで大満足です。
お店は小ぢんまりして、席の間隔も狭いですが
それがまた雰囲気あります。
お料理はお一人で作っていらっしゃるようなので
少し遅めですので、お酒を飲みながら気長に待った
方が良いと思います。
