ＪＲ札幌駅直結、DAIMARUのレストラン街です。
和食、中華、イタリアンなどたくさんある中から、こちらのお店に入りました。
空いている席に案内されました。
入り口に展示されてあった、
『海老ロースかつ定食』
を注文しました。
周りを見渡してみました。
四人がけテーブル席がたくさんあります。
清潔感のある雰囲気です。
およそ１０分ほどで運ばれてきました。
ロースかつの上になかなかの大きさの海老が二尾載っています。
まず、左から二番目のロースカツをいただきました。
断面を見るとしっかりした肉質を感じます。
タレをつけずいただくと肉の旨味が感じられます。
次に器の中にあるゴマを擦り卓上のソースを注ぎました。
ロースかつにこのソースをほんのちょっと付けると風味がガラリと変わります。
ロースかつは大変柔らかく口の中でほぐれるかのようです。
さて、海老の方はタルタルソースでいただきます。
コロモがサックサクです。
内部の海老は大きくフワッとした食感です。
タルタルソースは、塩味と酸味のバランスが程よいです。
