札幌はホテルを中心にバイキングの激戦区で、5000円前後もバンバンある東京やら大阪をしのぐクオリティなのに価格は3000円前後のレストランがしのぎをけずります。
京王プラザのこちらがリニューアルということで、3000円税込サービス料込で私のトップワンとなりました。北海道の食材推しで、スープカレー、味噌ラーメン、ジンギスカン、カツゲンにたらこ、ニシンそば。さらに実演が素晴らしい。フォアグラと鮭のパイ包み。朝はオムレツ（３種のソース）とお寿司。さらにデザートも。
隠しているわけではありませんが、さりげなくスパークリングワインが置かれています。質も悪くありません。これも飲み放題です。
驚いたことに、機械式のコーヒーマシンのエスプレッソがかなり本当のエスプレッソでした。ホテルバイキングでエスプレッソと書かれているものを飲んでいる方はわかると思います。ぜひお試しを。
