If you're in Sapporo, you should definitely visit this place! I found a great restaurant. My friend and benefactor took me to Beggar's Harem. It's on the second floor, facing the main street. It's a pretty dark restaurant, and I was scared to go up the stairs when I first went there, thinking, "It's in a place like this?!" (^_^;) The interior is very nice. It's filled with carefully selected interiors, records, and vintage goods. It's not just about placing things, it's a sense of style. And the owner, who is called BOSS, is also cool... a dandy, handsome old man! I definitely want you to visit if you want to see BOSS. At first glance, he seems like a quiet, cool old man, but when you talk to him, he has a very kind and gentle atmosphere, so I think many people will fall in love with that contrast. BOSS also plays in a band. The food is great, the sense is great, and he's a rock and roller. On this day, I decided to have a little bit of everything served a la carte. And the first thing that came out was "Sujiko" Steak Sujiko! ! ! (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) Under the Sujiko was coarsely grated daikon radish soaked in dashi. It had a super cute flower on it, it was so beautiful. They had good quality beef that day, so I had a rare Steak. It was super delicious. I was so impressed that it was the first time I've ever eaten such a fluffy and smooth Steak. Seared venison. It had a strong venison smell, but I love game meat with a strong flavor, so it was OK lol Pork spare ribs were also delicious ~ And to finish! The unexpected appearance of nyumen. Steak (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) It's so cute to put temari fu on top... For dessert, we had sakura mochi with fruit from a Japanese Confectionery shop in the neighborhood. The presentation was wonderful. It makes my heart flutter every time it comes out. Since it's a one-man operation, the service is slow when it's busy, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant so you never get bored. I wish I was a Sapporo resident too It's so good that I want to go there twice a week!! If you're in Sapporo, this is the restaurant I would recommend first. Thank you for the meal.
