大丸地下ほっぺタウンにある総菜屋です
どこぞの有名な中華料理なのか名前じゃわかりませんが
本格的な中華をお手軽に持ち帰ることにしました
今が旬なひめますを使って中華風に仕上げた煮付け
エビマヨと選びました
ひめますはしっかりと下処理をしてて臭みもなく
煮付けにされていました
味付けも薄めで中華と言う辛さもなく逆に優しい和風に仕上がっていました
ちょっと意外でしたが、中華料理とは思いつけない味です
エビマヨは普通の大きさのエビでしたが素揚げのさっぱりなマヨネーズで和えてありました
小さいながらもプリプリの弾力と食感はさすが中華だな、と思いました
