大丸地下です・・・横浜中華街の老舗超有名人気店「聘珍楼」さんのデリです、横浜中華街は一度行きましたが超昔しの事で何処の店へ立ち寄ったのか全く分かりません
何処かで食べた大きな肉まんと北京ダックが旨かったです
創業130余年…現存する最古の中華料理店との話もあるようで、本店には一人前50,000円の「仔豚の丸焼きコース」と云った驚きMENUも存在するようです(*'▽')
売り場は中華惣菜から月餅と云った様々な中華デリが並びます
今回頂いたのは「肉焼売」＠594（八個入り）
自宅に持ち帰りセイロで蒸かします…以前師匠に教えてもらった通り湯気がたくさん出るように温まった鍋で強火で二分です
熱々でいい具合に温まりました
カラシを乗せて黒酢の酢醤油で食べるのが好きです
具材がゴロゴロっとした肉肉しい焼売はかなりの旨さです
決して値段は安く有りませんが歴史を感じる老舗の中華を味わうには決して高くはないでしょう
