とある休日、小樽散策帰りに立ち寄りました大丸食品売り場内横浜の中華屋さんだそうです。
店舗はさほど広くはありませんが色々珍しいのも含めて展示販売しております。
この日メニューより、お腹いっぱいではあるので味見程度に気になったものを少々。
“焼きそば(648円)”
では一口・・・ホウ、さすがに普通の焼きそばとは違いソースではない中華な甘め味付けでオイリーさが高くたくさんは食べられません。具材はキャベツ、潮味のエビ、もやし、ニラ辺りを確認出来ました。
“麻婆豆腐100g(398円)”
おおっ！これはまた山椒が効いてますねぇ～！。ある程度しっかりとした辛さ、痺れ感と苦みみたいなのも確認出来、これならお持ち帰りよりその場で出来立てを食べてみたかったです。
“えびマヨ100g(600円)”
こちらのお店人気No.1だそうで大きなエビが6尾、マヨネーズの酸味殆ど無く旨みたっぷりでNo.1なのも理解は出来ました。
ふと、お料理のレベルの高さはある程度感じましたが、如何せんちょっと味見のつもりが。。。1600円オーバーしてしまいました(^^;)。
