北海道最後の夜は何を食べようか歩いてて見つけたお店。
ラムのしゃぶしゃぶが食べられるっていうのが決め手だった。
ラムのしゃぶしゃぶは初めてだったからどんなもんかと思ってたけど、
特に臭みはなく、固くもなく、ポン酢だったか、
これに浸して食べると激ウマでした。
ラム美味しい。
もちろん牛も豚も美味しかった。
