私の様なネイティブ道産子一般ピーポーは、ジンギスカンやラムしゃぶは家で食べるものであり、お店で食べる時は本州からのゲストをもてなす時くらいなのだ。
この店も思い出せないくらい大昔、すすきの本店にて本州からきた取引先と来た以来なのです。
今回は食べ飲み放題にしたのですが、ラムしゃぶだけで無く三元豚も付いてきました。
期間限定と書いてありました。
ラムは臭みなくどんどん食べられます。
合間に豚肉を食べると、脂の甘みで舌がリフレッシュできます笑笑
ドリンクもサッポロクラシックがあるので、サウナ後だった事もあり、駆けつけ三杯飲んでしまいました
その後赤ワインらハイボール、濁り酒と飲み続け、お腹も限界に…。
結局、お肉はラムと豚を一回ずつおかわりしてギブ。
あ、締めのラーメンまで全部美味しく頂きましたよ。
翌日は夜までお腹が空きませんでした笑
