凄く美味しい蕎麦屋さんでした。
2020年11月日曜日12時予約して訪問
駐車場は無いので大丸に止めて来ました。
少し見つけにくい場所ですが、地図アプリが有れば大丈夫です。先客2組、予約を聞かれます。
初めは空いていましたが、帰り際には次々にお客さん来てあっという間に満席です。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。
私は鶏天丼と蕎麦のセット1000円
妻はかき揚げセイロ 1150円
を注文。
gotoの為、実質1150円と考えるとめちゃくちゃお得です。
5分程で来ます。早い。
冷たいのは十割蕎麦です。蕎麦は細麺、弾力が程よく、コシがあってつゆの味もちょうど良く美味い。妻いわく美味いフワ、ツル、ドンと来るとの事です。
私が訪問した札幌の蕎麦屋さんの中でもかなり上位の美味しさです。
かき揚げ塩で頂きます、サクサクで美味い。油がしつこくなく食べやすい。
鶏天丼もサクサクで、ご飯も粒が立ってて美味い。
あっという間に完食です。
大盛りにしとけばでした。
蕎麦湯はサラサラ系でした。
とても美味しかったです。
御馳走様でした。

2023年3月土曜日12時頃訪問です。
久しぶりに来ました。
札幌駅近くに用事があり、前回とても美味しかった記憶があり昼食で訪問です。
先客は3組でした。
その後も次々に来ます。
落ち着いた店内、BGMはジャズが流れています。
私はランチセットのミニ天丼と蕎麦のセット（1000円）蕎麦大盛り（200円）。
妻はきのこせいろ（1000円）
ランチタイム限定でドリンク150円だったので烏龍茶も注文しました。
ドリンクはすぐに来ます。
蕎麦は15分程で来ます。
コシのあるそばにあっさりしたつゆ、やはり美味い。
蕎麦の長さもちょうど良い。
天丼も、サクサクのてんぷらに甘めのタレ。
美味い。エビぷりぷり、カボチャ甘い。ししとう、さつまいも、にんじん、ナスビどれも美味い。
妻にきのこ汁を借りてつけます。きのこの味が濃厚でこちらも美味い。
あっという間に食べ終わりました。
最後に蕎麦湯をサラッとしています。
どれも上品な美味しさです。
