羊乳で作られた「セザールレガリス」
普通のブルーチーズはある程度の固さがあるものだが
ジェラートのような滑らかさが印象的
凄いなこれ、超美味い
勿論ブルーチーズらしい鋭い塩味がありつつ
旨味もかなり強い
なんてハイクラスなブルーチーズだ！
北海道チーズはもっと頑張れ！
