2019/5 初訪
「我が家の手抜きシリーズ 札幌東急編」
古い在庫として眠ってました。
我が家の手抜きシリーズは、だいたい「丸井さん」か「三越」です。
何かの拍子で家人が札幌駅まで行ったものと思われます。
「エビチリ」 648円
辛味の少ない甘目のエビチリ。
どうしても万人向けの惣菜だとこの位の辛さになるんでしょうね。
ビールと合わせて食べました。
「海老と玉子の炒め物」 698円
しめじ・たけのこも入ってました。海老は少な目だけど、きくらげが嬉しい。
まぁ、定番料理ですね。
「麻婆豆腐」 471円
これも痺れも辛さも弱いもので万人向けですね。
甘口に近く、花山椒とラー油で調整しました。
中華総菜は、どうしても万人向けのものとなりインパクト弱し。
家庭の惣菜だから止むをえませんね。
