祝、復活！！
こんな宴会久しぶりだわ。
会社の新年会、1月の話です。
勿論、感染対策ばっちりの時期、隣の話が聞き取りづらいですw
こちらのホテルも暫く休んでましたが、年末だったのか、年明けてからだったのか、時期は判然としませんが、いつの間にか復活していました。
以前はたまにお邪魔していましたが、本当に久しぶりです。
宴会メニューは以前とあまり変わっていないように禁じます。
シチューや茶碗蒸し等は食べた記憶があります。
相変わらず宴会料理は食べきれないので苦手ですが、味とスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。
これからも頑張って欲しいですね！

こうして皆で集まれるというのは有り難いことです。
こういう宴会や宴会料理は、基本好きではないのですが、皆との意見交換や馬鹿話は必要な事ですしね。
そんな訳で料理ですが、今回は和洋折衷のコースでした。
ステーキなんかもあって、和が主の宴会がほとんどの中で、新鮮に映りました。
ただ相変わらずあまり食べることが出来ず、詳しく書けなくて申し訳なく思います。
今後各ホテルの宴会料理比較なんて面白いかもw
