肉が食べたくなりましたが、焼き肉とかは食べ慣れているため、ちょっと変わった物を食べたいな、というので少し探しているとこの店の存在を知りました。
行った時間は少し遅くなってしまい、90分程度しか滞在することができなかったのが残念でした。
さて、この店の売りはシュラスコと呼ばれるブラジルの肉料理とビュッフェです。シュラスコをもう少し説明すると、串に刺さった肉を削いで食べる、という少しケバブに似ている点がありますね。テーブルの上にあるランプの光を点灯させている限り、スタッフが肉を切りに来る、という形です。切っている姿は一見の価値がある‼️と思います。
肉の種類ですが、牛肉は道産ジャージー肉で、５つの部位があった他、豚ロースや鶏肉のグリル、ソーセージなど多岐に渡りました。机にはBBQソースとサルサソースがあり、ビュッフェコーナーには肉用のソルトバーがあり、さまざまな塩をつけて肉を楽しむこともできます。
(勿論そのまま食べても美味しいですよ)
また、肉だけでなくチーズや焼きパイナップルなどもあり、これもまた焼いているだけあって美味しいですね！
ビュッフェコーナーは中南米の煮込み料理やタコスなど他のビュッフェでは見られない料理があります。食べ過ぎると肉が食べられなくなるので注意‼️
お酒は飲み放題にした方がいいと思います。肉と塩が酒を否応無しにに進めてしまいますんでね、個人的には甘い酒の方が南国感を味わえていいかもしれません笑笑
ち な み にスタッフの中にはスウェーデン出身の美人さんがいて、彼女は肉を切る時、もっといきましょ！みたいなノリを出してくるのでそのノリに合わせてあげてください、多く切らせれば切らせるほどニコニコしながら切ってくれますよ笑笑
