シュラスコ食い放題という言葉の魅力、良いですね。
イメージは、結構デカめの肉を切り落とすイメージでしたが、
どうやらケバブと混同していたかも知れません。
肉は数種類あって、牛に関しては道産とオーストラリアの肉が各部に混在
豚や鶏はどこ産かは不明です。
野菜や、肉以外のちょっとした食い物類はビュッフェ方式で取り放題
これは気に入りました（もうちょっと種類が多いと更に良いけど）
それと、テーブルには2種類の肉用と思しきソースが置かれてますが
ビュッフェコーナーの奥に結構な種類の塩が置かれていて
肉に付けて食うと味変になるというテーマに促され、何種類か持ってきました。
楽しいですねこういうの
でも、塩はあんま合わなかったかな・・これは俺の選択ミス（ワサビ塩と柚子塩）
で、肉ですが、メニューの絵と文字に起こされた物が順番にやってきます。
美味いと感じたのはランプ肉（道産）キツかったのはバラ肉（オーストラリア）
バラ肉は脂がやたら多く、若干厚めに切ってくれてるもんだから
モタレるのなんの・・・肉食ってるより脂食ってる感覚で、野菜多めの食生活にシフトチェンジ
他の肉も、言ってみりゃローストビーフ的な熱の通し加減なので
レア肉好きには良いと思います。
結構な種類の肉が次々やってくる中、チーズやパインといった物も出てきます。
炙られた生暖かいパインって結構美味いですね。
結局一番食ったのはブロッコリーと肉みそみたいなものでした
