【店主がとても温かく、ラーメンも素晴らしく美味しい】
洞爺湖ラーメン味一の継承店らしい。
なかなか美味しい。
しょうゆ、塩、味噌がある。今回は醤油のあっさり。
次回は味噌とチャーハンを試してみたい。
いわゆるゴマの風味の四川たんたんめんとは違う
関東にあるニュータンタンメンに近い感じでもろ
好みでした。
