北12条駅周辺です。
仕事を終えて、ふらふらとあてもなく夕食前夕食を
探します。
余り行かないゾーンですが、何かあるだろうと歩いて
いると、ラーメン屋発見‼️
スーツケースを引きながら前を歩いていた女性がス〜っ
と暖簾の中に消えて行きました。
ここだなぁ❗️
入ると、そのお姉さんが食券を買って座っています。
券売機です。
塩にしようかと思いましたが、ふと目についたのは、
ホルメン 味噌 890円税込
をポチッとな！
久しぶりのホルモンラーメン^_^
マスターのワンオペです。
待つこと10分くらいで着丼です。
背脂が効いた味噌ラーメンって感じです。
表面的にはホルモンが見えません…^ ^
ではでは、頂きます。
まずはスープ。
濃厚だけどす〜っと入ってきます。
背脂も嫌味がなくて、美味しいスープです。
麺も硬めでスープに合っています。
ホルモンが出てきましたよ〜♫
結構中にはホルモンが入っています。
ぷりぷりで柔らかくて美味しい❗️
ホルモンとネギともやしにこのスープがいい具合にマッ
チしてるわ〜！
ホルモン探しながら、美味い美味いと食べていたら、
あっと言う間に完飲完食！
ここのホルメン好きかも(´∀｀)
