札幌市中央区、サッポロ駅前通り沿いのフコク生命ビルの２階レストラン街。
昨日は、同じフロアにある、生ソーセージバルのレッカーへ。
本日は、こちら大衆食堂 十勝居酒屋一心へ。
チカホ＝地下歩行空間から直結、ビルに入るとすぐにエスカレーターあり。
一気に２階で行けちゃいます。
エスカレーター降りて右に進むとすぐに店舗。
エントランスの前には、メニュー表、写真付きで分かりやすいですね。
日曜日１４時過ぎの訪問。
ランチタイムが１１時～１７時まで、これ嬉しいな。
ご飯大盛り無料です。平日ならサラリーマン達に大人気だと思われる。
店内は厨房を囲うようにカウンター席が、壁側にテーブル席が配置されている。
十勝の食材を使った居酒屋ということで、生産者の顔写真が、カウンター上に並んでいます。
カウンター席へ案内され、お冷のピッチャーが用意される。
オーダーはQRコード読み取り、各自のスマフォからする仕組み。
最近、↑これ多いですよね。
エントランスのランチメニューには載っていない、カレーもありました。
ここも昼のみが出来ちゃうお店、カウンターではソロ男性２人が楽しんでいました。
良いなぁ、飲みたくなるなぁ。
＊一心特製 ザンギ定食 ６９０円
ザンギ３つ、ご飯、味噌汁、漬物で６９０円。このご時世、６９０円は良心的ですね。
ザンギは、揚げたてで熱々、衣がかりっとしていて、中は若鶏もも部位、柔らかくて癖なく食べやすい。
味付けは思ったよりも控えめです。もっとパンチのある味付けでもいいのかなぁと思ったり。
脇にタルタルが添えてあるので、お好みでつけてどうぞ。
付け合わせに、千切りキャベツ、豆苗が少量。
塩だれ的なドレッシングがかけられて提供されます。
ワカメの味噌汁と、大根、人参の漬物、というかきんぴらの様でした。
ザンギはまずまず美味しい部類でしたが、問題はご飯。
ランチタイム大盛り無料だったので、迷わず大盛りを選択し送信したが。。。
ご飯の炊き方が悪く、べちゃっとした状態で、米の味わいボケてます。
正直、厳しかったですね。
美味しくなくて、頑張ったもののどうしても無理で少量残してしまいました。
残念。
次回はザンギ５個か、１０個にして、ライスは（小）サイズで良いかもなぁ。
