With my senior in Sapporo. Although it is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), they serve Pork bowl called Kamogawa, which was originally located in Obihiro. Since there was a half size, I ordered the regular and miso Pork bowl. Miso is unique and very interesting. While snacking, Pork bowl in the photo was served. Miso Pork bowl has plenty of ginger on it. When I ate both, I thought they were delicious with a sweet sauce, but the meat was a little thin and a little wasteful. It feels like a level that can be served at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I expected too much, but if they were going to release this, I wanted them to aim for a level of surprise, even if it meant raising the price. Personally, this is my first time trying miso, so I think it would be a good idea to try it once. Thank you for the meal!
