札幌駅周辺で美味しいランチを探して、食べログ点数が高かったので、初めて行ってみました。満席で店外で待っていると、ホールの女性店員さんが声をかけてくれて、どのくらい待つことになるかわかりませんがお待ちになりますか?と、申し訳なさそうに言ってくれました。待ちます、と答えると、ありがとうございます。と本当に申し訳なさそうに対応してくれました。他の行列のできる店だと、並んでるのが当たり前のような対応をされますが、すごく親切さを感じました。
思ったより待ち時間が短く、中に通され、牛スジカレー850円とハンバーグランチ1,200円を注文。牛スジはすごく柔らかくて、またハンバーグは肉汁がすごくて、非常に美味しかったです。ぜひ次は夜に行ってみたいです。ちなみに雰囲気がいい店で、女性客が多いイメージでしたが、サラリーマンがランチにも利用しており、女性客はパスタランチを頼む方が多く、男性客はカレーが多かったと思います。
強いて言えば、調理人が、厨房が暑いのとパスタの硬さや味の確認をするのは十分理解できますが、かなりの頻度でマスクを顎にかけており、コロナが落ち着きつつあるのも事実ですが、ちょっと気になりました。
それ以外は満点の店でした。
