One day on a holiday, I visited a lunch buffet on the second floor of a hotel in Chuo Ward that I had bookmarked in order to use up the T points that would expire at lunch. Ta. The interior of the store on the second floor is quite spacious and stylish, and I was guided to a spacious seat. This time, I made a reservation on Tabelog site the day before and asked for the "Buffet Course (3,600 yen)" which is not more expensive than the menu. So, let's take a look at each one in order... dark pink soup served in a shot glass as an appetizer? It was a potage-like mixture of sweet and sour tomatoes, and it was an innovative dish along with herbs. It's Fried food shaped like white fish, and the taste is somewhere between kamaboko and Tempura. Smoked Prosciutto? What I thought was scallops was salty and likely to drink alcohol. The octopus legs, cauliflower and vegetables in a slight Vinegared dish, and marinated white fish and vegetables are refreshing even if they are oily. Smelt? The flavor of the marinated small fish was strong and good, the lightly spicy salami and small potatoes with skin on, the burdock nanchara with just the right amount of burdock flavor, which was excellent, and the marinated pork with something like menma. It goes well with alcohol, and the pumpkin salad has a fruity sweetness that is interesting and delicious. Change plate, Okonomiyaki pizza? The one with the written word on it did indeed have something salty and Japanese-style on top of the visa fabric. It's been a while since I've eaten nuggets other than Mac's...These have a chicken-like texture and a complex flavor. Is this Tempura tempura better than tempura? I like the texture and salty flavor, and although I don't know what kind of fish it is, I like the red ginger tempura, which has white flesh with a springy texture and is not too salty. What appeared to be yuba (yuba) with a yellow color was probably deep-fried with a strong flavor. I heard that you can add dashi soup to the octopus rice, so I tried it like a chazuke soup, and the flavor of the octopus and the dashi soup matched well. The beef Steak from Live Corner is also bite-sized and has a sweet and slightly sour sauce that makes it a must-have. If you put ham on French bread, sprinkle raclette cheese, and serve it with pumpkin, the cheese flavor and oil will be very convincing. The Tenri Ramen had light yellow, soft noodles and a sweet soy sauce soup, and I could also see the Chinese cabbage and pork that had been stewed there. The second plate of Cow tongue? The stew has a rich flavor and is good as a side dish with rice.Is it Tatsuta-age fried mackerel? The eel ball has a fluffy finish with a slightly salty taste and paprika. Is it a simple Kansai style with small but proper eel meat? The tamagoyaki and the sauce make it a perfect dish. Horse mackerel cutlet becomes elegant with Southeast Asian sauce. The salad was mainly leafy vegetables and I forgot to put dressing on it. When you take a sip of what looks like a white stew... Wow, it's Japanese. It has a stew feel, but it's also made with fish stock and vegetables and mushrooms. As for what you wrote as "tonteki"...oh, I wonder if it's intentionally hard? Broccoli and yellow, round carrots serve as slightly flavored meat. It's a mystery as to what color the pink color is on the surface, but I wonder if the bottom is an egg roll. There are several types of bread available, but this time I only had the olive bread, and as the name suggests, it is a slightly hard type of bread filled with chopped olives, and I tried it with the accompanying honey. There are several types of fruits, and I wish they were a little fresher overall. There was a wide variety of desserts, some good and some not so good. At the end, I had Haagen-Dazs Ice cream. Also, there were a few things provided, but for some reason only drinks were ordered using a QR code, and the app was slow to respond, so I ended up ordering several of the same things. . . However, when I ordered iced tea, the flavor was good and I ended up drinking the deeply bitter hot coffee. I wonder if the live buffet this time was Kansai style? I'm glad I received something so rare. Personally, I don't usually visit lunch buffets here and there, so I don't know the current market prices, but I wonder if the contents and pricing are like this? . Thank you for the meal.
