Breakfast at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Sapporo. It is located on the east side of Sapporo Station, and the closest subway exit is Exit 21 of Sapporo Station on the Toho Line. For breakfast, you can choose from two options: a Japanese-Western buffet at this venue, or a Japanese set menu at this venue. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet at a decent-sized hotel in Sapporo, which usually includes Seafood Bowl, but this hotel doesn't have Seafood. . There was grilled fish, salted fish, and smoked salmon, but there was no sashimi, which was quite disappointing. We had miso Ramen and Soup Curry, typical of Sapporo, but Soup Curry was too bland and not very tasty. I thought there was also Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), but it was pork Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate). The miso soup with a lot of ingredients was delicious and the seafood stock oozed out well. The taste of the other dishes was good overall, but Seafood was... I expected too much. . By the way, the hotel is ranked as high class in Jalan, the rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, and the price is reasonable, so it was good.
